Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Drupal-based web applications.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver solutions.
• Optimize website performance and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Drupal best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal content management systems.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing cloud-based CMS project implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Drupal, SiteCore, ColdFusion, database management, and Oracle for web applications.
• Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
