Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that help promote the company’s broadband outdoor fixed wireless access products.
• Creating marketing content including product collaterals, white paper, case studies, and other sales and marketing tools to help sales teams and to attract customers.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, including value proposition, messaging, sales collaterals, and promotions to generate interest and awareness.
• Define pricing strategy and perform technology assessments of partners and competitors. And analyze business cases for new market opportunities.
• Work with Marketing and Channel Sales teams, develop business plans and define product positioning in the marketplace as well as executing broad concepts and business strategies to structure product marketing plans.
• Perform market research, monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, and identify customer needs.
• Interact with PLM, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify product line enhancement opportunities.
• Perform leads definition of new business opportunities and create business plans that justify new product development priority and engineering resource allocation

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product and/or Project Management experience in outdoor Wi-Fi or backhaul products.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent written communication and presentation skills are required.
• Strong knowledge in FWA / Outdoor Broadband products using Wi-Fi, mmWave and 5G LTE technologies.
• BS or MS in Engineering, Marketing or IT related.
• Strong grasp of marketing program planning, execution, and evaluation.
• High intellectual horsepower and technical aptitude; capable of quickly grasping new technologies and translating technology language into marketing messaging.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized proven ability to establish priorities and achieve results. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track record of managing a complex product portfolio in a cross-functional environment.
• Travel 30%.
