Summary
As an E-Commerce Manager, the person will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing online sales channels (B to B / Wholesales / B to C), enhancing customer experience, creating a content for product / advertisement / social media / market platform to generate sales, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website(s), ensuring that they are functional, user-friendly, and updated.
- Work closely with IT, developers, and designers to enhance website performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure the website's content, layout, and navigation are optimized for user experience and conversion.
- Managing and directing photoshoot theme / mood / model / directions
2. Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Manage the online advertising budget to maximize ROI.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
- Identify new e-commerce opportunities, such as marketplaces, partnerships, and product expansions.
- Driving the sales performance of the E Commerce platform (FashionGo / LAShowroom / Fair / Company Wholesale Website / Amazon and etc.)
Qualifications:
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, FashionGo, Faire, LA Showroom) and content management systems.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and interact with customers.
· Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and knowledge of UX /UI design principles.
