ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focused on providing superior clinical outcomes and rewarding experiences for our patients
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding PHI
• Adhere to Code of Ethics and Compliance program
• Communicate, in a timely manner, with other professionals including physicians, case managers, etc. to provide status updates on patient’s plan of care and progress
• Perform annual reviews of all staff members
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs
• Expectations for this role are 40 hours per week and 5 days per week in the clinic itself

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations
• Maintaining a positive attitude and build a fun, welcoming environment
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist curriculum; MPT or DPT degree
• Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• An entrepreneurial spirit with energetic and team-player attitude

Preferred Qualifications, but not required:

• 1+ years of outpatient PT leadership/supervision experience
• Sports Medicine experience
• Orthopedic experience
• Dry Needling certification
