StretchMed® Flower Mound is searching for a highly motivated and capable individual to join our fast-growing team as a full-time Studio Manager. This newly constructed studio, located in at the heart of one of the fastest growing areas of DFW, presents an exciting opportunity for rapid growth and development. Who We Are

StretchMed® is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model that comes out of the fitness space. Our purpose is to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well! Our proprietary stretch protocols were developed from over 50+ years of hands-on experience working with clients in fitness.

StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapists (CST™) use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques in 1-on-1 stretch sessions anywhere from 1 to 2 times a week, depending on the needs and goals of our clients. All stretch appointments end with percussion therapy, to accelerate and enhance tissue repair by maximizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.

Job Responsibilities

Initially you will stretch clients up to 80% of the time during the growth phase of the studio. As the studio membership and revenue grows, you will continue to hire and develop therapists, allowing you to stretch less and less, ultimately not stretching at all. This will allow you to spend all of your time developing therapists and growing the business through proven franchise systems.

You will have complete management of the Flower Mound location, overseeing all operations under the leadership and direction of the location owner. You will have full transparency of the studio P&L's and will receive a percentage of the profit once key metrics are met.

This position has unlimited growth potential, as long as you can continue to "develop therapists", and run a profitable studio, you will have the ability to open new studios and continue to receive a percentage of those profits.

Requirements

• Certification, License, or degree in exercise science related field
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to learn fast and follow systems, processes, and policies
• Likes working with people
• Ability to stand for extended period of time
• Team player
• Must be able to commute to location
• Must have at least two years of Management and Sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50k - $65k per year

Schedule:

• Day/evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Flower Mound, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification/Education:

• Massage Therapy License, Personal Training Certification, Yoga Instructor Cert (preferred)
• And/or a BS in Kinesiology or Exercise Science related field (Preferred)
