Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn quickly and adapt to our dynamic work environment. This position involves providing preventive and therapeutic dental care, educating patients on oral health, and working closely with our dental team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and root planning.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain hygiene protocols.
• Assist the dentist during procedures as required.
• Stay updated with the latest dental hygiene practices and advancements.

Requirements:

• Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new techniques and technologies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care.
• Proficiency in using dental software and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
