Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow retail accounts including, focusing on areas with high growth potential.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and monitor the progress and performance using Google Analytics.
• Cooperate with creative teams to ensure accurate and appealing product presentation.
• Expand the direct-to-consumer (DTC) side of the business by creating tailored content to meet customer needs.
• Work collaboratively across departments, including finance and data/analytics.
• Stay on top of operation management, such as supply chains, rebates, and ensure the accuracy of spend allocations.
• Assist Amazon with supply chain management and advanced forecasting.
• Help expand digital measures, including building CRM journeys and collecting first-party data.
• Work with a third-party platform overseeing direct-to-consumer sales.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing retail and agency accounts.
• Proficient in performance tracking using Google Analytics.
• Excellent business strategy planning and implementation skills.
• Demonstrable experience in ecommerce, preferably in Amazon.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across departments.
