Position Overview: NeuroX is seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our specialty medical practice and support our services within senior living communities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services, maintaining high standards of patient care, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the physician practice, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee administrative functions, including patient scheduling, billing, and medical records management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize practice efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Liaise with senior living facilities to integrate and support our specialty services within these communities.
• Ensure the practice meets all accreditation and licensing requirements.
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service delivery metrics.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Develop and manage the practice budget, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience with start-up physician practice; assisting with setting up the practice.
• Minimum of 5 years managing a physician practice.
• Experience working within senior living facilities and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
