Job Description: Soliant is looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop personalized treatment plans that support our clients' communication goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
• Keep accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to speech and language goal-setting.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a school setting is an advantage.
