Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading provider of steel Joist and Deck solutions in Columbia, South Carolina! This position offers a competitive starting pay of $18 to $20 per hour, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits that you could be eligible for such as healthcare, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid time off, quarterly bonuses, yearly RSUs (Restricted Stock Units), and more! This is a full-time, first shift opportunity working Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed (40–45 hours per week).

Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, analyze, enter, and store data for quotes and orders
• Work with a range of Microsoft Office programs
• Utilize internal systems, including OIS and JEDI
• Maintain quote accuracy within Salesforce
• Communicate effectively with customers, District Sales Managers (DSMs), and other sales staff
• File and organize quotes and project files
• Perform other duties as necessary

Sales Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:

• Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Preferred: Associate degree or two years of office-related experience
