Earn as much as 2.75% or stay competitive and charge what you want to make the loan work. It's totally up to you. We have dozens of lenders to do any/all types of mortgages across the spectrum.

Need a lender that we aren't currently signed up with? No problem, we will get signed up with them.

Wanna get paid as soon as the loan funds? Sure thing. We will pay out 100% of your commissions directly to you when the loan funds have cleared. Why wait for YOUR money?!

Responsibilities:

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them

• Currently licensed NMLS and state license.
