The Controller reports to the Director of Finance and prepares financial reporting for the company while managing the Accounting team.

In this role you will:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts
• Oversee Cash Management, monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare materials for the annual audit in accordance with GAAP
• Administer the company 401(k) plan
• Be responsible for various state reporting requirements including Annual Wage reports for Worker’s Comp, State of WI personal property reporting, US Census reporting and Form 5500
• Provide leadership to the Accounting team, including mentoring and developing team members

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and/or CPA certification
• 10 years of experience working as a finance/accounting leader in a manufacturing environment (printing experience strongly preferred)
• High level of integrity including an understanding of the need for confidentiality
• Able to provide strategic input as well as hands on assistance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding problem solving and time management skills, follow-through, and detail orientation
• Advanced to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with UKG preferred
