Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Robotic Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility in Camden, SC. This is a full-time 1st shift role with competitive pay starting at $32.63/hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO etc. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of robotic systems, including Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLCs, and be experienced in maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor programming adjustments.

Robotic Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform light programming of Fanuc robotic systems.
• Maintain, install, and configure robotic and automation equipment.
• Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Adjust robot paths, inputs/outputs, and logic to optimize system performance.
• Assist with system integration, debugging, and plant floor equipment startup.
• Provide informal training to team members on robotic systems and operations.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of service and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively during shift changes and document updates accurately.
• Support process improvement projects in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.

Robotic Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate’s Degree in Mechatronics or related field preferred
• Minimum 6 months of experience with robotic systems, or 3+ years in lieu of degree
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc Robotics preferred
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and servo motors preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic electrical diagnostics
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, and perform bending, twisting, and pushing/pulling
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
