Responsibilities:
- Conducts all Accounts Receivable functions
- Coordinates with Vendors and follows up on payments and invoices.
- Records, reconciles, and insures on time payment for assigned vendors /converters
- Supports and backup team members as needed
- Supports monthly and annual accounting closings
- Maintains confidentially and high ethical standards
- Performs other tasks as assigned by CFO or Accounting Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in AP or AR is required.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Great Plains helpful
- Understanding of the concepts of prioritization and organization
- Excellent time management skills
