Position Summary:
As a Property Inspector, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our operations—ensuring each home meets our high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness before and after guest stays. You’ll also play a key role in managing the flow of linens and laundry operations to ensure properties are fully stocked and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Inspections:

• Perform detailed inspections of properties before and after guest stays.
• Ensure homes are clean, staged, and guest-ready (linens, supplies, amenities, etc.).
• Document property conditions using mobile tools (photos, checklists).
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Conduct light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing batteries and light bulbs).
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure quality and consistency.
• Help with all aspects of laundry, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Support special cleaning or laundry projects as assigned by management.
