General Summary

We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join the Product Management team. This opportunity is for a highly visible, high impact position that will have broad responsibility for Elevate’s platform solution specific to Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA). You will be responsible for guiding cross functional team to deliver solutions that support multi products and multiple bank partners. You will create and deliver solutions aligned with Elevate’s corporate roadmap and partnering with teams across the organization to drive results. This position will focus on Elevate’ EDA solutions across all products. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious with a solid understanding of data solutions and reporting.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams to deliver product features and capabilities specific to EDA and reporting technologies
• High technical aptitude with a business focused mindset
• Ability to partner with technology to collaborate on the solution approach and expectations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with roadmap and strategic direction
• Ability to design and execute solutions that support multi products and enable for future products.
• Strong configuration design strategies mindset
• Drive business and technology initiatives in a cross functional environment
  • Coordinate with internal partners from Marketing, Legal, Risk and Technology teams
  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners
• Identify opportunities to improve product customer experience and financial success
• Create and manage the backlog for the EDA technology teams.
• Ability to define requirements and refine capabilities with technology teams to facilitate delivery estimates and final deliverables.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance – graduate degree is a plus, but not required
• 3+ years of product management experience - preferably for an Internet/e-commerce company or a financial services firm.
• Experience with reporting tools and EDA based technologies is highly recommended
