
Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in light commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Construction Division Manager to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and scope.
· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and industry standards.
· Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
· Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays.
· Oversee budget management, cost tracking and expense monitoring.
· Ensure quality control and conduct inspections to meet industry standards.
· Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
· Assist estimating team with bids for new projects.
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of experience in commercial construction and project management.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Proven experience in concrete construction project management.
· Knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards and regulations.
· Proficient in project management software and tools.
Education and Other Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
· OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
· Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
