Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in light commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

·         Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.

·         Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines and budgets.

·         Monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain quality control.

·         Communicate with clients, architects and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

·         Liaise with inspection authorities and conduct regular reviews of the construction site to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues.

Qualifications:

·         3+ years of commercial construction experience.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards and regulations.

·         Firm understanding of commercial construction industry and processes.

Education and Other Requirements:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         OSHA 10 certification (preferred).

·         Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
