Sr Full Stack Engineer

With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are seeking an experienced Sr Full Stack Engineer to join our client, a leading AI-text identification platform.

As a Sr Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and shipping responsible AI-powered products to millions of users. You'll help expand our AI-detection and verification platform and create new products, working closely with our ML and design teams to deliver delightful user experiences.
What youll be doing:
- Building and shipping AI-powered products.
- Expanding the AI-detection and verification platform.
- Creating new features, UIs, and APIs.
- Partnering with ML and design teams to create user experiences.
- Leading and managing significant projects from backend to UI.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with modern JS web frameworks (React.js, Next.js, and Typescript).
- 3+ years of experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, and text search).
- Experience leading significant projects and building end-to-end experiences.
- Motivated to make a positive societal impact.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and be a leader as the team grows.
- Visa for work in Canada or the US.
Nice-to-haves:
- Strong open-source portfolio.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
- Experience building Chrome extensions.
- CS degree from a top university (Ivies, MIT, Stanford, Waterloo, CMU, etc.).
