Brazer Job Responsibilities:

• We are seeking candidates with proven manual brazing experience who can:
  ? Use manual torch brazing techniques to assemble and join components with precision.
  ? Mix and adjust gas ratios to achieve optimal flame properties for brazing.
  ? Work on a variety of projects, from brazing stations to large custom units.
  ? Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions accurately.
  ? Plan brazing steps to ensure proper alignment and positioning of parts.
  ? Conduct ongoing quality checks to meet highly stringent standards throughout the process.
  ? Collaborate with a team to meet production deadlines and quality requirements.
  ? Rotate between workstations and projects as production needs evolve.

Brazer Requirements and Qualifications:

• ? Expertise in manual brazing techniques with the ability to handle precision assembly.
  ? The ability to mix and adjust gas ratios for optimal performance.
  ? A strong understanding of mechanical properties and machine operations.
  ? Experience working in a made-to-order manufacturing environment.
  ? Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and diagrams.
  ? Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control.
  ? A commitment to safety, precision, and craftsmanship.
  ? Candidates with Master Brazer-level experience or equivalent expertise preferred.
  ? Prior experience working on custom or highly specialized manufacturing projects preferred
