Our client seeks a Construction Controller to join our their team in Tucson (SW side). In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations, preparing financial reports, administering and monitoring the financial system, coordinating audits and tax returns, and managing budget processes for this Commercial Construction Company.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of all financial operations within the organization.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports and statements.
• Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Coordinate audits and ensure proper filing of tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
• Administer payroll and employee benefits.
• Oversee the budgeting processes, including forecasting and financial planning.
• Use accounting software systems such as '3M', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CRM', 'Crystal Reports' to accomplish tasks.
• Implement accounting functions, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Conduct audits and manage budget processes.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and deliver financial reporting.
