Summary: Seeking an Electronics Inspector to verify compliance of assembled printed circuit boards with engineering documentation and industry standards.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 years' experience in inspecting or assembling/soldering electronic printed wiring boards and cable assemblies
IPC-J-STD-001 with Space addendum certification
Preferred Skills:
9.1 Certification
WHMA/IPC-A-620 Certification
Experience with x-ray and automated optical inspection equipment
5+ years of experience with spaceflight electronics
Job Responsibilities:
Verify compliance of assembled printed circuit boards via visual and machine-aided inspection methods
Record as-built information, nonconformance details, traceability requirements, labor hours, and other product attributes into databases
Collaborate with technicians and engineers on nonconforming products during inspection
Perform process and housekeeping audits of working areas and report findings to supervision
Pay Details: $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
