We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Implementation Analyst in Urbandale, Iowa. This role primarily involves collaboration with the Development team and business partners for the integration of the SARA Plus platform. The job function includes API integration, testing, validation, and providing technical guidance for API consumption. Please note, we are looking for someone right out of school or with 1-2 years experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration process with the SARA Plus platform, focusing on onboarding, testing, and validating partner and SARA Plus APIs

• Develop and maintain Postman collections to ensure smooth operation

• Conduct routine validation checks to ensure the integrity and functionality of the system

• Provide technical guidance for API consumption, using your knowledge of API - Application Programming Interface, JSON - JavaScript Object Notation, JSON, XML, and Postman

• Collaborate closely with the Development team and business partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on design specifications

• Implement innovative solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration processes

• Ensure the successful execution of design specifications

• Utilize your solid understanding of XML and JSON to optimize system operations

• Leverage tools like curl, Fiddler, and Chrome Dev Console to enhance system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Draw from your experience in IT or a related field to effectively perform your duties in this role.
